Providing false information or impersonating another individual is a serious breach of terms and may result in immediate account closure without prior notice.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the partslink24 support team immediately. We will not be held liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials.
Prohibition of Illegal Activities
Users are prohibited from using the partslink24 platform for any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or any conduct that violates Malaysian law. Any attempt to exploit system bugs, manipulate game outcomes, or interfere with platform operations is also strictly prohibited.
Identity Verification
Partslink24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad or passport) before processing withdrawals or to meet compliance requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary suspension or closure of your account.
Payment Policy, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on partslink24 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking transfers via FPX, local e-wallets, and other payment methods listed on the platform from time to time.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account once confirmed by the payment processor. partslink24 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties or financial institutions. For withdrawals, the recipient's name must match the name registered on your partslink24 account. Withdrawals that do not meet verification requirements will be held until the correct information is provided.
Any taxes or charges imposed by a bank or financial institution on transactions are the sole responsibility of the user. partslink24 reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction that is deemed suspicious or in breach of platform policy.

Where an account is closed on valid grounds, any remaining balance will be returned to the user upon completion of the investigation, subject to full compliance with all verification requirements.
Right to Amend Terms
Partslink24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the partslink24 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
